Educational Qualification: M.tech
Experience : 8-10 yrs.
Salary : 40,000- 80,000 p.m.
· Mange Food Innovation and Renovation, cost reduction line extension, Projects.
· NPD Planning, Mange, Delivery, Track and guide to the team as per the plan.
· Food Safety and Quality Management Systems implementation, Product portfolio management, Process standardization, Food factory operations.
· Conversant to factory statutory requirements and Food regulations & legal compliance.
· Expertise in strategic planning, capacity evaluation, capital budget assessment, staff training, supervision and monitoring.
· Knowledge of Food safety and regulation, Technology Transfer from principles, Intellectual property handling and protection, development of development and research team.
· Overseeing the integration of new products with other commercial areas, including brand development, sales strategy, quality assurance, legal, marketing and manufacturing.
· Build good relationships with major suppliers and remain up to date with new developments, innovation and technology.
· Energetic and self-motivated team player, easily assimilate job requirements and aggressively employ new methodologies.
· Benchmark and evaluate local and global innovations and technology from other countries or brand teams.
· Known for streamlining workflow, building teams, motivating them towards organization’s goals and enhancing business performance.
