Position Responsibilities

Issue simple ticketsTroubleshootingMake seat assignments and request special mealsMake fare quotation and build fare shellFollow up visa processing for customersArrange non-air travel services such as rail/ferry/AEL ticketsHandle hotel bookings (including those are not bookable in GDS)Hotel car transferUrgent e-ticket link for amended reservationsPrepare car exchange order to car-hire company such as King’sPrepare exchange order to visa vendorsTake voice message for Travel Consultant and the teamPrepare invoice for King’s car and visa vendorLiaise with Accounts for invoices sent to Accounts DepartmentImprint card for non-BSP ticket/car/visaTrace invoicesOffer assistance to team members whenever is requiredHelp team leaders to compile reports for submission to clientsHelp mentor staff in the team Negotiating rates for FIT and groups with suppliers.Position Requirements Ability to use GDS for booking air/hotelCustomer facing skillsMinimum 5 years experience for Senior Travel ConsultantGood communication skill over the phoneAble to work under pressureAttentive to detailsFluent spoken English and good communicative English
