Educational Qualifications :-   Observers (Engineering)  Must possess a First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering of  a University in India established or incorporated by or under a  Central Act, Provincial Act or a State Act or an Institution recognized  by the University Grants Commission or an equivalent qualification.  Observers (Non- Engineering)  Must possess a First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry of a  University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central  Act, Provincial Act or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the  University Grants Commission or an equivalent qualification.

Application Fee :-   ALL CANDIDATES HAVE TO PAY RS. 100/- (RUPEES ONE HUNDRED ONLY) TOWARDS APPLICATION PROCESSING FEE AND ALL THOSE WHO ARE NOT EXEMPTED FROM PAYMENT OF FEE HAVE ALSO TO PAY RS. 80/- (RUPEES EIGHTY ONLY) TOWARDS EXAMINATION FEE
