Candidate Profile: B.E./ B.Tech (Chemical) with successful track record of 10 to 12 yrs including min 3 to 5 yrs with independent charge of a mid size plant & familiarity with complicated chemical processes with DCS control, Good man management skills & analytical ability, Good communication skills, Strong EQ preferred
