Job Description: Attend inbound/ receiving calls, Register complaints in CRM, Make calls to customers for service related issues, Addressing queries/ complaints of customers, distributors, dealers & franchises, Assign calls to technicians for closure, Check spare parts requirement & give to technicians, Follow ups with all concerned for closure of call within SLA, Maintain tracker
Candidate Profile: Good English & Hindi communication skills both written & verbally, Exp of any other language preferred, Good customer service background, Good listening skills
