In depth knowledge of execution of projects based upon Open Source tools, XHTML, HTML, and Mobile Mark-Up technologies.
Extensive experience of managing large teams working upon different mark up tools.
Project accounting by managing the project budget, tracking / reporting of Teams in terms of man-hours and keeping strong follow up with the clients.
Facilitate excellent communication skills to manage Client and Team meetings. Timely escalation of issues.
Technically strong to play role of mentor to the Team. Identifying the opportunities of improvement and manage the process change management effectively.
Team management skills are mandatory as to motivate and get the work done before deadlines. Strong in Team assessment, review and evaluation.
Client management skills to serve the clients and manage continuous interaction to meet the expectations.
Requirements
PMP Certification will be an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in projects of Front End Development, Designing, Theming and Mark up with at least 2-3 yrs or experience in project management.
Expertise in Open Source, HTML/XHTML/Theming and Other CMS and Theming Tools.
PMP Certification will be an added advantage.
Should have good understanding of handling big teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
Should have good experience in Project Analysis, review, estimation and Account Management.
Should have excellent communication skills.
