Job Description

Beside the above we need applicant should be from General trade and have valuable depth knowledge

of* G.T.*once the vacant post to be filed we go  for *SO* and *SR. *These are selection criteria for vacant

*Post.*

*·*         Serving customers

*·*         Displaying products

*.*         Overseeing deliveries

*.*         Handling payments

*·*         Helping with special promotions

*·*         Managing and motivating staff

*·*         Dealing with any customer queries or complaints

*·*         Ordering and managing stock

*·*         Recruitment and training to Staffs

*·*         Forecasting future sales

*·*         Open new avenues Business in terms Growth

*·*         Achieving monthly Sales Target ,Target volume ,Target Coverage.

*·*         Developing Distributor Network and maintain corresponding with them

*·*         Implement Industries best Practice in gross root level

Experience -    having more than 5 years experience in FMCG Industries.

Salary Criteria --   20,000 to 25,000 / month.

Note: we need SR, SO also but they should be having hold in to the respective Market. 

 Note: Immediate Hiring.
