We have a Urgent new Opening For Chef for Hyderabad location for Bakery Division.He/she should have good background of cake/pastry segment.

Experience: 3 -4 yrs
Salary : 20-30 k
JD: Knowledge of high quality cake & pastry designs, Ø Responsible for setting up Live Bakeries in food courts within the big bazaar/pantaloons/ Central Malls, Working closely with projects, Marketing and CPC teams for opening of New Food Service Outlets, Conduct Work Shop for all unit chefs for the latest trends in the market as well as to introduce new menu items, festivals, promotions and events, Responsible for creation of baked goods and desserts applicable to the events menu, Should have knowledge of R & D, Responsible for inventory and cost control.
