Assistant Manager Accounts

We have Urgent requirement for the post of AM Accounts a leading FMCG company in Sonepat.
Job Responsibilities :- Financial management
 To monitor delegated budgets and provide detailed budget vs actual variance analysis in accordancewith delegated budget.
 To orient and ensure all legal compliances with respect to financial reporting.
 To prepare Financial statements (P&L and Balance sheet) on monthly basis and sorting out queries ofAuditors.
 To provide support to the HOD on the day to day operation of all financial information system.
 To contribute to the analysis of financial information, preparing reports and making recommendationsfor corrective course of action, in liaison with line managers.
 To monitor procedures in respect of checking and authorizing accounts for payment, as part of thefinance team.
 To ensure the books of accounts are maintained as per the standards and timely manner.General
 To adhere to existing working practices, methods, procedures, undertake relevant training anddevelopment activities and to respond positively to new and alternative systems.
 It will be necessary to work with information technology (SAP) and associated systems in accordancewith company policy.
 Ensuring that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively;
 Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow;
 Preparing and presenting financial reports for meetings
 Working with executives and business heads to prepare budgets and track profit / loss performance bybusiness unit and on consolidated basis;
 Creating solutions to new financial challenges by applying financial/treasury knowledge;
 Liaising with other departments and business units on a range of issues;
 Taking responsibility for, and supervising the work of, more junior members of staff;
 Preparing financial reports and submissions to relevant government entities;
 Arranging financial audits and reviews as required;
 Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities.
Education, Qualification & Experience
 Postgraduate degree in Finance or Commerce (MBA in Finance)
 Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in the Finance sector especially budgets, MIS,
 Good knowledge of computer –SAP is MUST , Windows and Microsoft Office applications especially Ms Excel.
Confident, self-driven and a team player
 Ability to read, write and speak in English & Hindi
